China-Biotics to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Results on June 11

SHANGHAI, June 2 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China-Biotics, Inc. ("China-Biotics", the "Company") (Nasdaq: CHBT), the leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of probiotics products in China, today announced it will host a conference call at 08:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, June 11, 2010, to discuss the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 annual financial results for the period ended March 31, 2010.

The telephone numbers for the conference call are (866) 730-5763 (U.S.) or (857) 350-1587 (International), passcode: 12247076. A live web cast of the call will also be available on the investor relations section of the Company's website http://www.chn-biotics.com . To listen to the web cast, please visit the site at least 10 minutes early to register, download and install any necessary audio software.
