(Nasdaq: CHBT) ("China-Biotics", "the Company"), a leading Chinese firm specializing in the manufacture, research, development, marketing and distribution of probiotics products, today announced it will join the Russell 3000(R) Index and Russell Global(R) Index when Russell Investments reconstitutes its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity indices on June 26, 2009, according to a preliminary list of additions posted June 12 on http://www.russell.com .
