Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measures

GAAP results for the fourth quarters and fiscal years ended March 31, 2010 and 2009, include non-cash losses or gains related to change in fair value of the Company's convertible notes. To supplement the Company's condensed consolidated financial statements presented on a GAAP basis, the Company has provided non-GAAP financial information excluding the impact of these items in this release, which are non-GAAP net income and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share. The Company's management believes that these non-GAAP measures provide investors with a better understanding of how the results relate to the Company's historical performance.
