China-Biotics, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2009 Financial Results

SHANGHAI, July 10 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China-Biotics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHBT) ("China-Biotics," "the Company"), a leading Chinese firm specializing in the research, development, manufacture, marketing and distribution of probiotics dietary supplements, today announced it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, to discuss the Company's financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2009.

To participate in the event by telephone, please dial 888-241-0558 five to 10 minutes prior to the start time (to allow time for registration) and reference the conference ID 16647783. International callers should dial 647-427-3417.

A digital replay of the call will be available on Wednesday, July 15 at approximately 11:00 a.m. EDT through Wednesday, July 29, at midnight EDT.
