Use of Non-GAAP Financial Information

GAAP results for the three months ended March 31, 2010 and 2009 include change in fair value of warrant liabilities. To supplement the Company's condensed consolidated financial statements presented on a GAAP basis, the Company has provided non-GAAP financial information excluding the impact of these items in this release, which are non-GAAP net income and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share. The Company's management believes that these non-GAAP measures provide investors with a better understanding of how the results related to the Company's historical performance.
