LAWRENCE, MA (PRWEB) July 18, 2013
CNIEL, the French National Interprofessional Centre de l’economie Laitiere, has appointed the Charm Sciences ROSA combination beta-lactam and tetracycline (MRLBLTET) eight minute test as the official antibiotic confirmation test in France for cow, sheep and goat milk.
The eight minute Charm ROSA MRLBLTET meets the health and safety requirements for the detection of beta-lactam and tetracycline drug families in milk as reported to the La Direction générale de l'alimentation (DGAL) by the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) in their report Saisine #2011-SA-0038.
The Charm ROSA NEO/STREP and Charm ROSA SULFA test have also been added to the inhibitor confirmation protocol using the Charm EZ reader.
The additional tests and readers will be implemented October 2013 for a period of 3 years.
