Cerebyte Launches Neuroscience of Transformational Leadership Workshops
Date:1/27/2020

Cerebyte, the leader in “instant mentoring” solutions using the latest advances in neuroscience and cloud and mobile computing, today announced the availability of neuroscience of transformational leadership workshops. These highly interactive, hands-on workshops guide leaders from across an organization to use the latest neuroscience of leadership and change research to become great transformational leaders. The workshops are available in one, two or four hour formats, online or onsite.

“Regardless of industry, organizations of all sizes face a constant stream of disruptive forces, and in most cases the leadership team is ill-equipped to guide their company past obstacles like technology transitions or shifting customer expectations,” said Dr. William Seidman, Cerebyte CEO and president. “But the good news is that transformation leadership can be learned. Attendees in our workshops quickly become deeply motivated, develop new attitudes and skills based on neuroscience research, and learn how to apply them to real-world situations.”

According to research by McKinsey & Company, the success rate for business transformation efforts is a scant 30% overall. Digital transformations fare even worse with only 16% leading to improved performance. The key to successful transformations, McKinsey found, included having the right leaders in place and building capabilities for the workforce of the future.

“Clearly, businesses face a massive struggle to find leaders who can guide an organization through a difficult transformation. But given the time-pressures of the modern world, few organizations are willing to make the necessary investments,” Seidman noted. “We’ve designed our workshops to fit within the time constraints of today’s world and still deliver lasting change.”

In just the first 90 seconds of a workshop, participants experience positive neural responses to change as a tangible demonstration of both the science and the ability to be great transformational leaders. Throughout the workshops, participants experience the best of the neuroscience of transformational leadership, gain an understanding of the underlying science and how to apply their learnings to time pressured real-world situations.
