Cases of Bed Bugs in Hospitals Hike, My Cleaning Products Recommends Non-Pesticide Bed Bug Spray to Counter Bed Bug Outbreak

According to a report from, bed bug infestations in hospitals hiked over the years. Recognizing that the number of bed bug cases everywhere indeed hiked, My Cleaning Products published a new bed bug guide on how to counter the pests. Moreover, for a safe way to kill bed bugs, especially in medical facilities, it recommended the use of the pesticide-exempt bed bug spray – Bed Bug Bully.

The report said that compared with the percentage of bed bug infestations in hospitals in 2011, that of 2012 was 6% higher, My Cleaning Products related. And if compared with the number back in 2010, that of 2012 was twice as many, it detailed.

Based on the report posted on April 22, 2013, bed bugs get into hospitals because of the going in and out of patients and visitors, MCP stated. And as it additionally shared, the fact that hospitals get many transfers from nursing homes, where the pests are also a common problem, makes it harder for the management to prevent their presence.

It recounted, as the news specified, that the increase of bed bug infestation in nursing homes since 2010 reached 46%.

In its published guide, My Cleaning Products asserted that the use of a non-pesticide bed bug spray is the best way to get rid of those pesky insects. It pointed out that the use it makes the bed bug extermination effective without being expensive, prompt and safe.

Out of all the solutions though, the company only recommended Bed Bug Bully. It relayed that it has already been proven effective by pest-control companies and hotels. Moreover, EPA has classified it as pesticide-exempt under FIFRA 25(b).
