Campbell Alliance Trade and Distribution Practice to Speak at CBI's Commercial Contracts and Chargeback Management Conference

RALEIGH, N.C., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Campbell Alliance, the leading management consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, today announced that executives from the firm's Trade and Distribution Practice will present at the Center for Business Intelligence (CBI) 4th Annual Commercial Contracts and Chargeback Management for Manufacturers and Wholesalers Conference to be held June 19-20, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing.

Tony Lanzone, Vice President, and Doug Linton, a member of the firm's Executive Advisory Group, will present a session on Friday, June 20, at 2:15pm, titled "A New Look at Contracting and Chargebacks in Light of New Data Feeds-Maximizing EDI 844 and 867 Reports." Attendees of the session will learn how to maximize use of 844 and 867 data, including how to apply this data to

-- Forecast chargebacks, returns, and account reserves

-- Identify duplicate and negative chargebacks

-- Identify product demand scenarios (spikes, availability) and general

contracting priorities

Campbell Alliance's Trade and Distribution Practice, under Mr. Lanzone's leadership, helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies develop strategies and address business challenges related to product distribution, maximize the effectiveness of trade programs, and more effectively work with retail and specialty pharmacies.

Tony Lanzone has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ranging from work in a top-five pharmaceutical company to management consulting in both the hospital and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining Campbell Alliance, he served as a senior director in Premier's HealthCare Informatics division. Mr. Lanzone earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the College of William & Mary.
