Campbell Alliance Trade and Distribution Practice to Chair CBI 3rd Annual Fee for Service and EDI Data Management Conference

RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Campbell Alliance, the leading management consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, today announced that Tony Lanzone, Vice President of the firm's Trade and Distribution practice, will serve as conference chairperson at the Center for Business Intelligence (CBI) Fee-for-Service and EDI Data Management Conference. The event will be held on December 12-13, 2007, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lanzone will open the main conference on Wednesday, December 12, at 1:15pm, following the pre-conference workshops. CBI's 3rd Annual Fee for Service and EDI Data Management Conference is building on two successful years and focuses on the implementation and management of Fee-for-Service agreements and maximizing the value of wholesaler data set information. Attendees will gain knowledge on topics including:

-- Best practices for system implementation with Fee-for-Service

agreements

-- Strategies for leveraging the value of EDI data sets

-- Future Fee-for-Service trends and alternatives

-- Tools for creating a pedigree readiness strategy

Campbell Alliance's Trade and distribution practice, under Mr. Lanzone's leadership, helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies develop strategies and address business challenges related to product distribution, maximize the effectiveness of trade programs, and more effectively work with retail and specialty pharmacies.

Tony Lanzone has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ranging from work in a top-five pharmaceutical company to management consulting in both the hospital and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining Campbell Alliance, he served as a senior director in Premier's HealthCare Informatics division. Mr. Lanzone earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the College of William & Mary.
