(Nasdaq: CALP) today announced that its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 2, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. local time at its offices located at 68 Elm Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts. The record date for Caliper stockholders entitled to vote at this meeting is April 16, 2009.
