(Nasdaq: CALP) today announced that its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 3, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. local time at its offices located at 68 Elm Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts. The record date for Caliper stockholders entitled to vote at this meeting is April 16, 2008.
