Cadient Group Brings Home the Gold and Two Bronze Aster Awards

Interactive Agency Recognized for Excellence in Healthcare Marketing

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Cadient Group, the premier strategic interactive marketing agency serving the healthcare industry, today announced that it was honored at the 2009 Aster Awards with the Gold and two Bronze awards for three of its recent healthcare marketing campaigns for DePuy Orthopaedics and AstraZeneca.

Presented by Marketing Healthcare Today magazine, the Aster Awards Program is an elite competition recognizing the nation's most talented healthcare marketing professionals for outstanding excellence in advertising. Judged by a diverse panel of experts, Cadient Group was recognized for the following three projects:

  • DePuy Orthopaedics-Gold

Cadient Group won the Gold in the Web site category for the Hip Replacement Web site it developed for DePuy Orthopaedics. Cadient Group redesigned and re-architected, as well as created an eCRM program to coincide with the launch of the site, resulting in increased traffic to the Web site.

  • AstraZeneca-Bronze

The agency was honored with a Bronze in the Total Advertising Campaigns' category for its Symbicort Consumer Campaign for AstraZeneca in Wilmington, Del. Cadient Group developed a successful launch campaign of the Symbicort brand to consumers, generating strong, early awareness of the new inhaled asthma therapy.

  • AstraZeneca-Bronze

Cadient Group was also recognized with a Bronze in the Special Video Production category for its "LOE Documentary = Living on the Edge" also for AstraZeneca. Created as an educational tool to explain bipolar disorder to the AstraZeneca sales force, this video struck a deep emotional chord and received extremely positive feedback.
