Officer at Cadient Group. In her new role, Ms. Torak has direct

responsibility for Cadient Group's client contractual relationships and

maintains operational oversight across all business units. She will

also play a central role in the planned future expansion of Cadient

Group's offering of services and solutions. Ms. Torak joined Cadient

Group in 2002 and has been actively involved in the pharmaceutical

industry for more than thirteen years.
