Cadence Pharmaceuticals' CEO Theodore Schroeder to Present at BIO Investor Forum

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CADX), a biopharmaceutical company focused on in-licensing, developing and commercializing proprietary product candidates principally for use in the hospital setting, announced today that the company's President and CEO Theodore Schroeder will present the corporate overview on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at 12:15 pm Pacific Time (3:15 pm Eastern Time) during the BIO Investor Forum in San Francisco.

The presentation will be simultaneously webcast and can be accessed on Cadence Pharmaceuticals' website at http://www.cadencepharm.com in the Investor Relations section. A replay of the webcast will be available approximately three hours following the live webcasts and will be archived for 30 days.
