Date:1/14/2013

Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) January 14, 2013

2012 was a big year for Scottsdale, AZ’s Brain State Technologies®. They were awarded a patent for their Brainwave Optimization™ process, honored by the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and the AZBio Awards, and invited to present at conferences across the country. They also saw the publication of research into their technology conducted by an independent team at Wake Forest Medical Center.

On January 23rd, from 5pm-7pm, Brain State Technologies will open their doors to the public, offering guided tours of their facilities, demonstrations of their technology, and a keynote address by founder and CEO Lee Gerdes who will also be available for questions.

Founded in 2000, Brain State Technologies has developed a unique approach to helping those who suffer from a wide variety of afflictions. Their patented Brainwave Optimization with Real Time Balancing™ process stands on the cutting-edge of neuroscience and computer technology, providing a non-invasive and holistic method of restoring the brain’s natural balance and enhancing brain function.

The Wake Forest study, which was published in November, 2012, found this process was effective in relieving insomnia. Further research into Brainwave Optimization as a treatment for PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and migraines is expected to see publication throughout early 2013.

The Open House is free and open to the public. Snacks and soft drinks will be available as will guided tours, exclusive specials, and door-prizes. Brain State Technologies is located at 15150 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Doors will open at 5pm. For additional information call 480.588.6840.
