Brady Debuts New GHS FAQ Page on BradyID.com

Brady (NYSE:BRC), a global leader in product and facility identification solutions, today announced a new webpage: Frequently Asked Questions about the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). This page provides answers from the experts on some of the most frequently asked questions around OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HazCom) and GHS. This page will be updated throughout the year to include new questions, answers and important HazCom/GHS information.

“When it comes to GHS, there are a lot of questions being asked. From deadlines to benefits, label elements and training, and much more,” says Tom Smith, product marketing manager for Brady. “This page was created to help clear up confusion in the industry around GHS by explaining the various aspects of the standard.”

The GHS FAQ page includes the following questions and more:

  •     What are the biggest changes I need to know about?
  •     What are the GHS labeling elements?
  •     What if a distributor cannot comply by Dec. 1 due to inability of the manufacturer to comply by June 1?
