Date:10/16/2007

MAUI, Hawaii, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bioponic Phytoceuticals, Inc. (OTC: BPYT) ("Bioponic"), an innovative provider of natural products and patented technology serving the Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) and nutraceutical markets, announced today that it has engaged Active Sales and Marketing of Southern California as its Master Distributor covering the Western United States, including the states of California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico and Oregon.

The agreement will initially distribute six of Bioponic's most popular health and well-being products: Hawaiian Healing Mist(TM); O-Spray(TM); Throat Note(TM); Traveler's 1st Aid(TM); Noni Healing Tonic and Ginzeng! Descriptions of these products can be found at http://www.bioponic.com.

According to the Natural Foods Merchandiser, in 2006, retail channels accounted for 81%, or $46.1 billion, of total natural product sales in the U.S. Steven M. Schorr, Chairman & CEO of Bioponic, said, "With this agreement, we mark a significant new milestone in carving out an all-important U.S. retail presence beyond the local Hawaiian market."

Schorr continued, "Some of today's largest retail chains and supermarkets were founded on natural and organic product lines. Active Sales and Marketing brings established channels with the pioneers and leaders in the natural/nutraceutical market, and provides a direct path to favorable shelf space within highly trafficked major retailers. Based on our ability to bring six products to about 1,000 stores throughout 2008, we believe we can successfully generate additional sales of $1.5 million or more by the end of next year."
