SUNRISE, Fla., June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bioheart, Inc. (Nasdaq: BHRT) will host its 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Chispa Restaurant, located at 11500 NW 41st Street in Doral, Florida. The meeting will commence at 9:00 am EASTERN.
