Date:7/21/2010

NEW YORK and MONTREAL, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., and partner -ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that the company has entered into talks with a new possible Chinese partner.

"China is one of the world's largest markets for our analyzer's and has one of the worst water situations on the planet" said Don Saunders President and CEO of BioSpec Global Solutions. We have made contact with a new possible Chinese partner. The unnamed party has entered into preliminary talks with BGS that would see BGS make a quicker entry into the lucrative Chinese market.

The company is in production of the TOG's 3000 which will lead the market development in China. However should the company sign with the unnamed partner the company could see manufacturing shift to China. BioSpec Global Solutions, has developed the TOGS 3000 to analyze total bacterial count in water samples. Given the advantages not only on time advantage (24 Hours for test results) but the accuracy of these machines, can equip agencies with the technology needed to insure safe drinking water for their citizens.

BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., has a non-exclusive agreement with Beijing Titan Instruments co.

Verification studies for the TOGS(TM) 9000 has been completed by Ryerson University and the instrument has, like the Pro3000(TM), been accepted by the EPA in the USA for use in presence absence testing of drinking water when used with an EPA approved method and reagent. The TOGS(TM)9000 has been used by the United Nation for a emergency relief project i
