The campaign highlights companies from Niagara Falls to Atlantic City. Logos for participating companies are included on an electronic and print map promoting members both online as well as at industry events and career fairs.

Ten percent of all unfilled biotechnology and pharmaceutical jobs in the United States on BioSpace are posted in the Pharm Country Hotbed region. In addition, over the last year more than 115 companies in the area posted biotech, pharmaceutical and clinical research jobs on Biospace.com, and 65 percent of those jobs were at least at the senior or management level.

With 18 percent of all job seekers on BioSpace located in Pharm Country, placement on the Hotbed map offers a clear competitive advantage in landing top tier candidates.

"BioSpace Hotbed campaigns offer a compelling showcase for life science companies to promote their brands throughout their region and the nation," said Chanille Hewett, life sciences product manager at onTargetjobs, the parent company of BioSpace. "We're proud to highlight these leading companies and connect them with thousands of specialized professionals through the campaign's promotional resources."

Pharm Country is part of a series of Hotbed campaigns that are each hosted on their own BioSpace Web page. The campaign's participating companies include
