Founder and CEO of Raymond Associates, Kenneth R. Curley, is a West Point U.S. Military Academy graduate and distinguished Army officer veteran of over 20 years. Upon retirement in 1998, Mr. Curley was selected to serve within New York State government as the Director of Military Support, followed by Chief of Staff within the Division of Military and Naval Affairs. In 2003, Mr. Curley transitioned to the Country of Iraq, as the Deputy Director of Requirements Coordination in Baghdad and then as Chief of Staff Special Projects to the Coalition Provisional Authority.  In 2005, Raymond Associates supported the Emergency Response Efforts of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita.  Raymond Associates was founded in 2000, and has offices in New York, Florida, Baghdad, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates.
