BioNano Genomics führt auf ESHG 2013 Irys in Europa ein

SAN DIEGO und PARIS, 7. Juni 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- BioNano Genomics gab heute die Verfügbarkeit des Systems Irys™ zur Genomkartierung in der Europäischen Union bekannt. In Verbindung mit der European Human Genetics Conference 2013, die vom 8. bis 11. Juni in Paris stattfinden wird, wird BioNano in Zusammenarbeit mit Pui-Yan Kwok, M.D., Ph.D., Henry Bachrach, Distinguished Professor an der University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), die erste Demonstration einer De-Novo-Karte des menschlichen Genoms mithilfe des Irys-Systems sowie den Einsatz der Karte bei der Analyse struktureller Variationen und beim Genom-Finishing präsentieren.
