BioMed Realty Trust Promotes Greg Lubushkin to Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO, June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) today announced the promotion of Greg Lubushkin to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lubushkin has served as the company's Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer since joining BioMed in April 2007.

Prior to joining BioMed, Mr. Lubushkin served as Chief Accounting Officer of ECC Capital Corporation and was an audit partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Lubushkin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

As a result of this promotion, Kent Griffin has relinquished the title of Chief Financial Officer and will retain the titles of President and Chief Operating Officer of BioMed.
