BioMaxx Systems Inc. Signs Engagement Letter With Alcofuel Technologies for Provision of an Ethanol Micro-Refinery

TORONTO, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioMaxx Systems Inc. (Other OTC: BMXSF), is pleased to announce it has signed an engagement letter with Alcofuel Technologies Ltd., for the provision of the design, manufacture and installation of an ethanol micro-refinery. Pursuant to the engagement letter, Alcofuel Technologies has agreed, subject to the terms and conditions of the engagement letter, to design and manufacture a small scale ethanol micro-refinery capable of producing 30,000 litres of ethanol per day. The micro-refinery will be capable of processing fuel grade ethanol from a variety of feed-stocks indigenous to Asia, such as Cassava, Sweet Sorghum and cellulosic biomass.

It is the intention of BioMaxx Systems Inc., to locate the ethanol micro- refinery in our Thailand demonstration facility and utilize waste by-products from our bio-diesel production facility to produce inexpensive ethanol alcohols.

BioMaxx Systems has chosen Alcofuel Technologies based on their extensive experience in the ethanol production industry and their access to proprietary ethanol production process technologies.
