FREDERICK, Md., July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioElectronics Corporation (Pink Sheets: BIEL) announces today a new distribution agreement with Piramal Healthcare Limited has been made for distribution of BioElectronic's revolutionary ActiPatch product.

Piramal Healthcare Limited (earlier Nicholas Piramal India Limited) is one of India's largest companies with strong brand management and sales capabilities. PHL has emerged among the leaders in Indian pharma with one of the widest product portfolios in India.
