NEW YORK, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Daleco Corporation (Pink Sheets: ILDO) announces its subsidiary, Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc., has formed a new joint venture company, ICAP Bio Organic, S. de R.L. de C.V., as the distribution hub of its patented and proprietary bio-organic catalyst compositions (BOCs) within Central America, Mexico and Caribbean markets, as well as developing carbon reduction and renewable energy credit opportunities where available.
