Bio-Clean International, Inc. to Present at Bluechip Capital Investment Forum

COSTA MESA, Calif., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLN) announced today that the Company will be a presenter at an investment forum presented by Bluechip Capital, Inc., which is being held on February 27, 2008 at the Mission Bay Hilton in San Diego, California.

James E. Shipley, President and CEO of Bio-Clean International stated: "The Bluechip Capital investment forum will provide our Company an opportunity to present our compelling story to the investor community. The role our subsidiary companies have played in supplying environmentally-safe weapons cleaning products and equipment to the U.S. Military for over a decade has remained mostly untold. Our recent acquisition of these companies and their exclusive, eco-friendly technologies means that we can provide a platform to expand the public awareness of the unique bio-remedial cleaning systems we now offer. Our increased sales and marketing efforts are yielding great success. The Bluechip Capital investment forum will open up other doors, giving us access to a wide-range of individual and institutional investors."

About Bio-Clean International, Inc.

Bio-Clean International, Inc. recognizes the problems facing our environment. Our exclusive, non-toxic, bio-remediation fluids provide an environmentally-safe solution. Our exclusive products and machines have been tested and shown to be in complete compliance with environment regulations, in other words, "Cleantech".

Our majority-owned subsidiary, American Bio-Tech Cleaning, Inc. We also own a minority interest in American Bio-Clean Corporation (ABC,) which markets and distributes our cleaning fluids and parts/weapons cleaning machines. ABC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) that is certified and meets the Federal-mandated 3% minority spending requirements. Similar mandated spending requirements adopted by most states vary from 3% to 20%. Additionally, many private sector companies have targeted goals for suppliers.
