Beckman Coulter Declares Quarterly Dividend Payout of $0.17 Per Share

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beckman Coulter, Inc. (NYSE: BEC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend payout of seventeen cents ($0.17) per share of outstanding common stock, payable on May 22, 2009 to all stockholders of record on May 8, 2009. This payout represents the 80th consecutive, quarterly payout of dividends.
