Beckman Coulter Declares Quarterly Dividend Payout of $0.17 Per Share

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beckman Coulter, Inc. (NYSE: BEC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend payout of seventeen cents ($0.17) per share of outstanding common stock, payable on March 6, 2009 to all stockholders of record on February 20, 2009. This payout represents the 79th consecutive, quarterly payout of dividends.
