Beckman Coulter Declares Quarterly Dividend

Payout of $0.16 Per Share

FULLERTON, Calif., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beckman Coulter, Inc. (NYSE: BEC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend payout of sixteen cents ($0.16) per share of outstanding common stock, payable on November 19, 2007 to all stockholders of record on November 5, 2007. This payout represents the 74th consecutive, quarterly payout of dividends.
