Beckman Coulter Declares Quarterly Dividend

Payout of $0.16 Per Share

FULLERTON, Calif., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beckman Coulter, Inc. (NYSE: BEC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend payout of sixteen cents ($0.16) per share of outstanding common stock, payable on November 19, 2007 to all stockholders of record on November 5, 2007. This payout represents the 74th consecutive, quarterly payout of dividends.


Beckman Coulter, Inc., based in Fullerton, California, develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify, automate and innovate complex biomedical tests. More than 200,000 Beckman Coulter systems operate in laboratories around the world, supplying critical information for improving patient health and reducing the cost of care.
