Baxa Corporation Launches New Web Site
Date:1/31/2008

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Baxa Corporation announces the launch of its new corporate Web site. The site provides a global platform for information exchange, product marketing, public relations, and sales and technical support for health-system pharmacists and nurses, as well as pharmaceutical industry representatives. The site redesign updates the baxa.com infrastructure to support more frequent content updates and the addition of multimedia materials and interactive training tools. The new Baxa site addresses customer feedback on desired site content and was developed to provide a better user experience through increased technical content and more in-depth product specification and demonstration materials.

"By updating the site's functionality and page layouts, the redesign allowed us to improve the user experience. Its new search capabilities and content management make it faster to find and access what our visitors are looking for," notes Marian Robinson, Baxa VP of Marketing. Baxa.com provides a wide variety of complimentary training tools and technical and clinical resources that help users understand regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines and industry trends and best practices. A unique feature of the new Baxa site is its information cart facility, which allows users to 'order' documents on the site then download them to their desktops with just a click.

Baxa Corporation markets and sells medical devices for use in health-system pharmacies and for patient care. Its OEM group provides specialty products for packaging with prescription pharmaceuticals.
