Auxilium, Inc. Launches Top-Tier Engineer Program

Recognizing the need for engineers to quickly develop a balanced skill-set to perform well on projects with demanding objectives, Auxilium, Inc. developed the Top-Tier Engineer Workshop. The workshop is designed to be the single most beneficial one-day career investment for practicing engineers and managers to rapidly achieve that balance.

“The T-CLiMB Profile is especially valuable – I’ll use it right away,” said Thanh Huynh, engineering supervisor at Okuma America Corporation. “I recommend this for engineers, project leaders, and managers.”

Auxilium’s principal management consultant and Top-Tier Engineer developer Gary Hinkle explains, “The Top-Tier Engineer Workshop gives customers a structured approach to quickly develop the balanced skill-set that could otherwise take decades to achieve. The workshop is scheduled at locations in California, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, and Texas; and is available on-site at customer facilities worldwide.
