Arena Pharmaceuticals to Present at the Oppenheimer 19th Annual Healthcare Conference

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARNA) announced today that the company is scheduled to present at the Oppenheimer 19th Annual Healthcare Conference on November 4, 2008 at 8:40 a.m. Eastern Time (5:40 a.m. Pacific Time) at the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel in New York City. Robert E. Hoffman, Arena's Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to provide an overview of the company, including its clinical development and discovery programs.
