(Nasdaq: AMLN) will Web cast its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Friday, May 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. PT from the company's corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA. Following the Annual Meeting, Daniel M. Bradbury, President and Chief Executive Officer of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, will be providing a corporate overview.
