Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics Appoints Dr. Carlos R. Camozzi as Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Camozzi started his career in South America holding roles at Lederle/American Cyanamid and F Hoffmann La-Roche.

Dr. Camozzi earned his MD and PhD from the School of Medicine, National University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and holds degrees in Paediatrics, Neonatology, Clinical Pharmacology and Neuropsychiatry.

AMT is a world leader in the development of human gene based therapies. The company's lead product Glybera®, a gene therapy for lipoprotein lipase deficiency (LPLD), is currently under review by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
