One representative of OpenClinica at the conference will be Cal Collins, the CEO of Akaza Research, the company that created and supports OpenClinica. Mr. Collins will conduct a presentation titled "Using Open Source Technology and CDISC Standards to Enhance Clinical Trials" that will explore case studies based on OpenClinica and other open source, standards-based software technologies used in clinical trials. Additional staff members from Akaza Research will be in the ACRP exhibit hall at booth #511 engaging with the community and providing demonstrations of OpenClinica.
