Advanced Health Media Company Announces Renee DeFranco as Senior Vice President - Human Resources

BRIDGEWATER, N.J., Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Advanced Health Media LLC (AHM), announced the appointment of Renee DeFranco as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. Ms. DeFranco will lead the human resources function for the company and play an integral role on the business team. She reports to Jeff Brady, Chief Executive Officer and President of AHM and is also a member of the AHM Executive Committee.

"Renee's extensive human resources and business experience will strengthen AHM's current position as a leading company in compliance-related services and solutions. She will contribute significantly to the strength of our organization and our ability to achieve our business objectives," said Jeff Brady.

Ms. DeFranco brings with her more than 20 years of human resources experience with more than half of those in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise in talent management, workforce and succession planning and core HR processes make her the ideal Human Resources leader for the company.

Prior to joining AHM, Ms. DeFranco worked as an HR leader at Novartis. Her prior experience included HR leadership roles at Symrise, Inc, a global specialty chemicals manufacturer and at Pliva, Inc. which is now part of Teva.

Ms. DeFranco holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Human Resources Management and a BS, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
