AQUISS Expands Into Significant New Territory

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- An affiliate of Phlo Corporation (OTC: PHLC) (the "Company") announced today that the distribution of its performance/vitality product, AQUISS(TM), in California has now been further expanded to the Oakland region, an expansive and diverse territory, including both on and off-premise accounts. The Company believes that the expansion into additional distribution districts encompassing San Francisco and the Napa/Sonoma and Oakland regions coupled with recent progress in chain accounts should have a significant effect on the Company's revenue. Additional significant developments on the major chain front will be released as launches of AQUISS(TM) occur in this market segment.

New high-profile accounts that recently have been opened include additional Quik Stop Markets, the Broadway Market, Avalon Night Club, Sundance the Steakhouse, Old Firehouse Market, Carniglia's, Hilton Garden Inn, Nott's Liquors, Marsha's Lunch Box, Papa Rivas, Deluxe Foods, Murphy's Law, Lynn's Too, Day's Market, Fish Hopper, Pap's Hecker Pass Liquors, Whole Enchilada Market Place, Forty First Liquors, and Pic N Go.

AQUISS(TM) was featured at the "Make a Wish" golf tournament held at the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay. AQUISS(TM) was the only product available on the golf courses during the tournament, which was attended by over 400 people representing a large number of retail accounts.

The Aquiss of Life experience of the week comes from a play-off little league series in Palo Alto. In the third inning of the second game, the third base coach collapsed. He was brought to the dugout, shaken and clammy. Water did not help. He was given Brand X Ade and expelled it immediately. A woman in the stands offered her bottles of AQUISS(TM), which the coach drank and kept down. Within 15 minutes, after two bottles of AQUISS(TM), the coach was back on his feet at his position at third base and finished the game.
