Date:10/19/2007

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- An affiliate of Phlo Corporation (Pink Sheets: PHLC) (the "Company") announced today that the distribution of its vitality product, AQUISS(TM), in California has now been expanded to system-wide coverage within Northern California and has been introduced into Southern California territories commencing with the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area.

In Northern California, AQUISS(TM) was featured at a Merchandiser Holiday Meeting, which was instrumental in exposing AQUISS(TM) to new Northern California convenience store accounts. Additionally, AQUISS(TM) was presented at two significant trade shows in San Francisco and Oakland, which were attended by thousands of beverage buyers.

In Southern California, AQUISS(TM) was featured at the grand opening of the new Sluggers Training Center in Palm Desert, an indoor/outdoor baseball and softball training center which is selling AQUISS(TM) as its featured beverage. Other Southern California outlets featuring AQUISS(TM) include fire departments, schools and golf tournaments.

AQUISS(TM) also was featured at the Samsung Golf Tournament in Palm Desert, where all 200 competitors, including the top 20 women golf players in the world, received a gift bag including AQUISS(TM).

The Aquiss of Life experience of the week comes from a California customer with 24 hours of food poisoning and stomach flu symptoms. AQUISS(TM) was the only beverage he was not able to drink and keep down, as opposed to other beverages he tried. He attributes AQUISS(TM) for being enabling him to get back to work the following day.

AQUISS(TM) features the Company's Instant Nano Hydration and Cell Armor technologies, providing instant, direct delivery of rehydration and cell-repair-and-protection payloads into the bloodstream beginning through the membranes of the mouth. These Instant Nano Hydration and Cell Armor technologies help provide sustained wellness necessary for life's performances and vigorous longevity.
