ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals to Present at the Rodman & Renshaw 5th Annual Global Healthcare Conference

SAN DIEGO, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Amex: ANX) today announced that Evan M. Levine, ADVENTRX's Chief Executive Officer and President, is scheduled to present at the Rodman & Renshaw 5th Annual Global Healthcare Conference. Mr. Levine is scheduled to present on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Central European Summer Time in the Atlantique Salon (8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). The conference takes place May 19 - 20, 2008 at the Le Meridien Beach Plaza Hotel, in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The presentation will be webcast live and available for replay via the "Investors" section of the Company's web site at http://www.adventrx.com under "Events." The webcast will be made available for replay for 14 days and can be accessed through the same link.
