(Nasdaq: SSRX) ("3SBio" or "the Company"), a leading China-based biotechnology company focused on researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing biopharmaceutical products, today announced that it will release financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009 after the US market closes on Thursday, November 12, 2009.

Following the earnings announcement, 3SBio's senior management will host a conference call at 5:00 am (Pacific) / 8:00 am (Eastern) / 9:00 pm (Beijing/Hong Kong) on Friday, November 13, 2009 to discuss its 2009 third quarter financial results and recent business activity.
