Bentley Glass Scholarship was created in 1965 to honor and support academically capable students who need financial assistance to attend college. The award recognizes academic accomplishment; a commitment to pursue post-secondary studies in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics; and personal achievement. Dakyra Tatyana Blount will pursue studies in biology in the fall at Towson University in anticipation of a career in the medical field, and Tihitina Ayele Chamiso plans to purse college coursework that will prepare her to become a doctor.
