2010 National Ergonomics Conference Coming To Las Vegas, Nov. 30 - Dec. 3 With Larger Expo;
Date:9/16/2010

p>"As the largest ergonomics event in the nation, we strive to produce an event that educates and energizes attendees.  The educational opportunities at ErgoExpo are presented by true industry trailblazers, each session is aimed at preparing attendees to  make an immediate and significant contribution to their organization no matter what type of economy, and no matter what type of business they serve,"  commented Walter Charnizon, President, Continental Exhibitions, Inc., owners/producers of ErgoExpo.   "2011 will bring new business challenges and opportunities.  That's why professionals from Boeing to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and everyone in between have already registered to attend, they know ErgoExpo is the best place to learn, network, and evaluate products," Charnizon further remarked.

Attendees  began registering before the final program was even released, noting that until workforces reach optimal levels, keeping their employees healthy, safe and productive is more important than ever before.  Those goals are at the foundation of every session, workshop, product, and service available at ErgoExpo.

Standing room only is expected at what are regarded as the industry's best keynotes. Allison Stephens, MSc, CSP, CPE, Global Ergonomics Manager, Ford Motor Company will give a glimpse into the future of ergonomics and injury prevention, by demonstrating how digital human models will change workplace and process design on Wed., Dec. 1.  Stephen Hudock, PhD, CSP, from NIOSH and the CDC, will share his expertise in cost-benefit analyses for ergonomic interventions on Thurs., Dec. 2.  On Dec. 3, Thomas Armstrong, PhD, CIH, CPE, Director of the Center for Ergonomics, University of MI will deliver the 6th Annual State of the Industry Address.

Other industry leaders sharing their secrets to ergonomics success will hail from Clorox, Cornell University, Cargill, Duke University & Healt
