ribution to employee retention efforts in light of the aging workforce. This year's State of the Industry Address on Dec. 4 will be delivered by James Hagan, PhD, MS; VP Corporate Environment, Health and Safety for GlaxoSmithKline. Hagan will discuss the role of ergonomics in green design and corporate sustainability, two of the largest emerging fields in the global economy.
