Description B-Bridge's siSolutions RNAi Services offer you a full range of solutions for your siRNA studies. B-Bridges advanced design parameters, effective synthetic siRNA reagents, and technical expertise ensure that you obtain quality results from your siRNA experiments. siSolutions siRNA Design Service utilizes their proprietary B-Algo algorithm to define siRNA sequences with maximum silencing effectiveness toward the target gene, while minimizing off-target effects. They can design duplex siRNA for human, mouse, rat or any species of your choice. For your convenience, B-Bridge combines this service with 21-mer siRNA synthesis. siSolutions siRNA Custom Synthesis Service provides you with high-quality, effective duplex RNA to knockdown any gene. They offer standard 21-mers (19 RNA base pairs with terminal dT nucleotides), the recently-published 27-mers, or other lengths of your choice. Each individual sequence includes quality control data with gel images.
