Description	PROTEAN Plus overlay agarose is used for second-dimension SDS-PAGE sample setup to secure IPG strips in place in PROTEAN Plus cells. Bromophenol Blue tracking dye is incorporated to allow monitoring of electrophoresis runs. The solution is composed of 0.75% agarose in 1x Tris, glycine, SDS, and 0.003% Bromophenol Blue and is supplied as 125 ml.
