Description pLivSelect is a direct antibiotic-based selection system for recombinant identification. Recombinant selection depends solely on colony survival, eliminating the need for costly color screening. This quick and inexpensive process provides close to 100% accuracy in recombinant selection. pLivSelect is also the ideal platform for robot colony picking. This cloning kit can be used for ends generated by Xba I, Nhe I, Hpa I, Hind III and Xho I.
