Description miRCURY Array LNA microarray slides for microRNA expression profiling

miRCURY LNA Array microarray slides incorporate Exiqons unique Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) technology to provide unrivalled sensitivity and excellent mismatch discrimination for short microRNA (miRNA) targets. miRCURY LNA Arrays work on less than 1 g total RNA (no need for microRNA enrichment) labeled using the miRCURY Array labeling kit.

The miRCURY LNA microarray slides consist of LNA capture probes for all human, mouse and rat miRNAs as well as a number of control probes and can be used in combination with standard microarray slides and microarray analysis instruments and software. Hybridization and wash buffers are included.
