Description jetSI-ENDO is an easy-to-use siRNA transfection reagent that has been shown to knock out endogenous genes in a variety of cell lines. jetSI-ENDO is serum compatible and comes with an optimized, straightforward protocol.

High levels of gene silencing (up to 80%) are obtained following transfection of 20 to 100 nM of siRNA in a stably expressing reporter gene cell line, A549Luc.
